OLD MOVE: Wait until you're alone to kiss.
HOT NEW TRICK: Kiss him in public!

EVEN HOTTER: Spice up a PDA peck by planting it in an unusual spot, like his inside wrist or the skin next to his collar. It's unexpected, which makes it better!
OLD MOVE: Kiss him passionately.
HOT NEW TRICK: Hold back a little!
"When I'm kissing a guy, I'll play with his hair and then pull his head back, so my lips are just slightly out of his reach. Guys love to be teased a little!" — Claire, 16
EVEN HOTTER: When you do lean in, mix it up and kiss his top lip or the corners of his mouth.t's still a little teasing — and he'll love wondering what other kissing tricks you know! OLD MOVE: Afterward, pull away and smile.
HOT NEW TRICK: Linger for a second!
"Drag out your last kiss by cradling the back of his head in your hand or planting small kisses up his jawline. He'll be thinking about you all night!" — Whitley, 19
EVEN HOTTER: As soon as you leave, text him a smiley face (with no message). It lets him know he's on your mind too, but keeping it brief seems super-confident!

All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth: Lyrics

Every body Pauses and stares at me
These two teeth are gone as you can see
I don't know just who to blame for this catastrophe!
But my one wish on Christmas Eve is as plain as it can be!

All I want for Christmas
is my two front teeth,
my two front teeth,

see my two front teeth!

Gee, if I could only
have my two front teeth,
then I could wish you
"Merry Christmas."

It seems so long since I could say,
"Sister Susie sitting on a thistle!"
Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be,
if I could only whistle (thhhh, thhhh)

All I want for Christmas
is my two front teeth,
my two front teeth,
see my two front teeth.

Gee, if I could only
have my two front teeth,
then I could wish you
"Merry Christmas!"

What Is a Heart Attack?

A heart attack occurs if the flow of oxygen-rich blood to a section of heart muscle suddenly becomes blocked. If blood flow isn't restored quickly, the section of heart muscle begins to die.
Heart attacks are a leading killer of both men and women in the United States. The good news is that excellent treatments are available for heart attacks. These treatments can save lives and prevent disabilities.
Heart attack treatment works best when it's given right after symptoms occur. If you think you or someone else is having a heart attack, call 9–1–1 right away.

Overview

Heart attacks most often occur as a result of coronary heart disease (CHD), also called coronary artery disease. CHD is a condition in which a waxy substance called plaque (plak) builds up inside the coronary arteries. These arteries supply oxygen-rich blood to your heart.
When plaque builds up in the arteries, the condition is called atherosclerosis(ath-er-o-skler-O-sis). The buildup of plaque occurs over many years.
Eventually, an area of plaque can rupture (break open) inside of an artery. This causes a blood clot to form on the plaque's surface. If the clot becomes large enough, it can mostly or completely block blood flow through a coronary artery.
If the blockage isn't treated quickly, the portion of heart muscle fed by the artery begins to die. Healthy heart tissue is replaced with scar tissue. This heart damage may not be obvious, or it may cause severe or long-lasting problems.

Most heart attacks begin with subtle symptoms — with only discomfort that often is not described as pain. The chest discomfort may come and go. Don't be tempted to downplay your symptoms or brush them off as indigestion or anxiety.
Don't "tough out" heart attack symptoms for more than five minutes. Call 911 or other emergency medical services for help. If you don't have access to emergency medical services, have someone drive you to the nearest hospital. Drive yourself only as a last resort, if there are absolutely no other options.
Heart attack symptoms vary widely. For instance, you may have only minor chest discomfort while someone else has excruciating pain. One thing applies to everyone, though: If you suspect you're having a heart attack, call for emergency medical help immediately.

Two-headed baby delivered in Jaunpur hospital

Nature continues to amaze us with surprises every now and then. In one such incident, a woman, Kiran Yadav, has given birth to a two-headed baby in Ashirwad hospital at Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh. The baby has two fully developed heads joined at the skull whereas the rest of body is like a normal baby.

In the medical science, Polycephaly is a condition of having more than one head, while Bicephaly and dicephaly refer to two-headedness.

People are astonished to see that the baby is crying as well as taking milk through both mouths. The doctors are also puzzled to see this unusual kind of baby.

Dr Anju Jain conducted caesarian operation during the delivery of the baby. She said that due to congenital abnormalities, such kind of case can happen out of 1 lakh cases. Due to hormonal imbalances, abnormal growth takes place. However, this unusual baby has already become talk of the town.Jaunpur: Two-headed baby delivered

Growth a big challenge in FY14: SBI

The worst might be over for State Bank of India, the country’s largest lender, on asset quality issues. According to broking firm Goldman Sachs, which had a meeting with divisional heads of SBI in the first week of this month, the slippages are likely to stabilise or fall. And, net non-performing assets might actually fall by the end of March to 2–2.5 per cent as compared to 2.4 per cent in September-end
Growth, however, is likely to emerge as an issue for the lender in the next financial year, SBI indicated to the analysts. “The management indicated that NPLs (non-performing loans) are near a peak but growth will be a bigger challenge in FY14,” Goldman said in a note. The brokerage maintained a neutral rating for SBI.
Improving asset quality might also prompt the lender to increase its provision cover and also prepare for a pay rise.
“While NPL may remain elevated in the near term, we think a decline would be positive for SBI, as it would reduce stress on the balance sheet, which in turn would lead to an improvement in profitability,” it said.
On growth, demand for large corporate loans are still not there and the lender is not focusing on the mid-corporate segment. Growth is expected to come from home and automobile loans. Mortgages will be a key driver in the current financial year, with 25-30 per cent growth expected. SBI has seen home loan approvals increasing to Rs 150 crore a day from Rs 65 crore about two months earlier. The number of applications it received doubled in the past couple of months.
Automobile loans, which grew 28 per cent in the first half of the financial year, is expected to continue the momentum.
Growth in retail assets comes on the back of lower lending rates, improved processes and switchover of customers from other banks to SBI. “The bank has reduced its loan processing time to two to three days for projects already approved, as this requires only KYC (know your customer) checks. In contrast, the bank requires around 10 days processing time when both project and KYC checks require approval. Previously, processing took as long as 20-3

New radio telescope to provide advance warnings of potentially damaging solar flares

New radio telescope to provide advance warnings of potentially damaging solar flares

After a long eight-year wait, the building of Australia's Murchison Widefield Array (MWA) telescope has finally reached completion. The radio telescope's first major task will be to investigate the Sun to provide earlier warnings of solar storms that, if left unchecked, could fry satellites and power grids across the globe. The telescope will also be sued to scout the sky for the earliest, most distant galaxies ever detected in an attempt to resolve unanswered questions on the origins of the Universe.
Every once in a while, a massive flow of electrons and other accelerated particles collide with the Sun's plasma. When that happens, a solar flare is born, causing a giant electromagnetic pulse that can spell trouble for us Earthlings. Back in 1989, a solar flare cut power to six million Canadian citizens. And now, reports warn us, the Sun is due to re-enter peak activity in 2013, which the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR) says has the potential to cause up to US$2 trillion in damage to power supply and communications networks.
Although the Sun is only about eight light-minutes away, it actually takes closer to twenty hours for a flare to travel from the Sun to the Earth's heliosphere. So, if we can detect a solar storm relatively quickly, we'll have enough time to temporarily reorient or redirect satellites out of the line of fire. ICRAR says the MWA will be quadruple the warning period currently provided by near-Earth satellites.
The newly inaugurated Murchison Widefield Array (MWA) telescope will act as an early warni...
Developed in a collaboration between 13 different institutions harking from Australia, U.S.A., India and New Zealand, the new telescope array is located at the Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory (MRO) around 800 km (497 miles) from Perth, a site that has also been selected as the future home for a portion of the Square Kilometre Array. The $51 million low-frequency radio telescope will be able to detect and monitor massive solar storms, identifying their trajectories in a matter of just a few hours, giving us a comfortable safety cushion that should help minimize damage.
But the MWA wasn't quite built as a one-trick pony. As well as keeping an eye out for solar flares, it will also be looking well past the Sun to gain a better grasp of the earliest, most distant galaxies we have ever observed to give astronomers a better idea of what happened in the very early days of our Universe, and perhaps shed light on how the relationship between gravity and dark matter evolved.
IBM, Cisco and Poseidon Scientific Instruments have collaborated to create highly specialized hardware to process the vast amounts of data – approximately 400 MB every second – the telescope will gather when operating at full capacity.
A few days after first going online, the telescope already showed performance on par with the the best results ever obtained in the search for the farthest stars and galaxies. Once it starts operating at full capacity, which should be early in 2013, the telescope is expected to deliver a ten-fold improvement over its already impressive capabilities.
Below is a short time-lapse video of the MWA and its surrounds.

Hartland Council is planning to hold a meeting to discuss how to prevent flooding from happening again, reports Cbc.ca.

Hartland Council is planning to hold a meeting to discuss how to prevent flooding from happening again, reports Cbc.ca.
The Council will discuss different options, like dredging, levee construction, to prevent flood damage in the future.
The city council wants to initiate a conversation with the provincial government which announced an $8-million plan to relocate or flood-proof low-lying homes in Perth-Andover that were hit by the March flood, and expressed concerns about the current situation.
Perth-Andover is a Canadian village in Victoria County, New Brunswick.
The village is divided by the Saint John River with Perth on the east bank and Andover on the west bank; each was a separate community until municipal amalgamation in 1966. The record flood caused the village of 1,770 people to evacuate about one-third of the community. The flood level was roughly 1.5 metres higher than the last major flood in 1987, reports Cbc.ca in an earlier statement.

U.S. Congressman Mike

U.S. Congressman Mike McIntyre announced that $16,939,250 in federal funds will be invested to dredge the Inner Ocean Bar of the Wilmington Harbor and deposit sand onto Bald Head Island.Great News for Wilmington Harbor Dredging Project
Approximately 1.8 million cubic yards of material will be dredged from the navigation channel and placed onto the beach.
Congressman McIntyre successfully advocated for funds to dredge the Wilmington Harbor with the passage of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2012.
Congressman McIntyre stated, “I am pleased that with these funds we can achieve two important goals; maintain the navigation channel at the Inner Ocean Bar and address the alarming erosion at Bald Head Island. These dollars are critical to maintain the commercial traffic in and out of the Port of Wilmington and to protect the beach at Bald Head. This is a win-win for the Cape Fear Coast.”
Congressman McIntyre continued, “I greatly appreciate the partnership of the Wilmington District Office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in maintaining and improving the waterway. The continued success of the Cape Fear Coast would not be possible without the work that they do.”
Sand placement could begin as early as the beginning of January; however the schedule has yet to be finalized. The window in which the dredging can be conducted stretches from November 16th until April 30th.
Congressman McIntyre is the Co-Chairman and founder of the Congressional Waterways Caucus and has long been a supporter of investments to coastal infrastructure and efforts to prevent coastal erosion.
